National Exhibition Co vs. Martin Fass : papers 1954-1955.

A collection of court transcripts relating to the lawsuit against Martin Fass. Martin Fass was charged with pirating play-by-play game descriptions of the New York Giants and teletyping these to radio stations around the country for re-broadcast. Court documents in this collection include motions, examination of plaintiffs and defendents, judgement and decision. One folder has the working notes of Mark Hughes, attorney for the NY Giants and one folder has correspondence from 1954 - 1955. One folder has documents relating to the New York Yankees vs. Martin Fass.
